Tec-Lok™

The Tec-Lok™ family of products includes a growing number of variations to the well-known nylon patch locking feature. Nylon patch is a process-applied deposit of nylon to the threaded portion of a fastener that prevents unintended loosening. Tectorius takes this to a whole new level with a wide range of special grades.

• Tec-Lok nylon patch allows for 90-360˚ coverage around the part.
• 360˚ application can increase security, seal and prevent galling and galvanic corrosion.
• 100 Series resists against most automotive fluids. Oil, water, antifreeze, gasoline and most chemicals have virtually no effect on this family of materials.

Liquid Nylon 360˚ has all the same features as the Powdered Nylon Patch, with the following added features:

• There is little or no plating discoloration due to a lower application temperature.
• Liquid Nylon 360° is a water-based application, which is cleaner and safer than powder.
• Multiple viscosities and color selections are available for part and brand identification to meet your assembly needs.
