Tectorius introduces Tec-Bond® 235 & 251 pre-applied fastener adhesives, threadlockers

Tectorius presents Tec-Bond® 235 and Tec-Bond® 251, established pre-applied fastener adhesives and threadlockers that serve as proven, high-performance replacements for the discontinued 3M Fastener Adhesive 2353 and 2510.

These products provide manufacturers with a seamless, dependable solution to continue production without retooling or requalifying existing fastener lines.

Both formulations feature microencapsulated adhesive technology that activates during installation to securely lock and seal assemblies. Tec-Bond 235 provides locking performance for general industrial use up to 150°C, while Tec-Bond 251 delivers enhanced thermal resistance for demanding environments. Each order includes the Tec-Bond Booster, which can increase torque strength by 100–200% when properly applied.
