Passive threadlockers provide mechanical locking through polymer patches (Tec-Lok ™) or compounds (Vibra-stop ®), relying on physical properties rather than chemical reactions to prevent loosening. They offer consistent prevailing torque, reusability across multiple assembly cycles, and can seal against fluid or gas leakage, making them ideal for high-volume production and serviceable joints where rework capability is a priority. Each product can be pre-applied by licensed applicators/process centers for large volumes. Small runs can be applied by hand using exclusive products found only at Tectorius.
