Tec Kote™ 1010

DESCRIPTION:

Tec-Kote products are finish coatings that are intended to replace long standing brands that are becoming less available. With decades of expertise in high-precision and high-performance coatings, Tectorius delivers reliable solutions where traditional options fall short. Recent market developments had driven industry demand to exceed availability from traditional sources. In addition, these same traditional products cannot meet new industry standards for PFAS (forever chemicals) content. 

Tectorius Tec-Kote 1010 is the next generation of low friction, high durability, finish coating.           

This product complies with the EU Commission Delegated Regulation of PFOA and EU numbers 2020/784 and 2021/1297 on C9-C14. 

PRODUCT FEATURES:

» Solvent based coating for spray, roll coat, dip-spin, or dip-drain application.

» Tec-Kote 1010 is a high-performance finish that offers high durability, low friction, excellent adhesion, low particle generation and high heat and solvent resistance.

APPLICATION SERVICES:

In addition to supplying Tec-Kote™ 1010, we can also offer application of Tec-Kote products directly to parts. This capability is intended for low-volume and specialized parts, applied through our dip-spin process to deliver durability and consistent performance.
